The QCD RED PLUS plan combines the QCD RED managed cost benefit plan, where the member pays for services at a discounted rate based upon the QCD fee schedule, (Please see the fee schedule in the link on the sidebar.) with a Scheduled Insurance Plan. So, with the RED PLUS Dental and Vision Benefit Plan you receive all of the benefits of the RED Plan along with reimbursement for cleanings, x-rays and exams per schedule.
