QCD of America issues digital member ID cards Quality Care Dental commercial group members have the convenience of a digital member ID card. This means that your patients with QCD coverage no longer will be required to present a physical member ID card. Patients may use their QCD Online Card Center to print a paper version or email their ID card to your office. If they use a smartphone, they may present a digital ID card at your office or choose to fax a copy of the card to your office using their QCD online member portal. We respectfully request that you accept a digital, fax or printed version of these patients’ ID cards when they visit your office for care.

The QCD Red Discount Plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This plan is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The plan does not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers. The list of participating providers is at http://www.qcdofamerica.com/finddentists/index. A written list of participating providers is available upon request. You may cancel within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials and receive a full refund, less a nominal processing fee (nominal fee for MD residents is $5, AR and TN residents will be refunded processing fee).
