The QCD "Red" plan is a managed cost benefit plan where subscribers pay for dental services at the time of service from a provider in the QCD Affilated Dentist Network. A discount vision plan is included free of charge for every member of the QCD "Red" Program. This program features savings through Davis Vision nationwide.
