You can locate local dentists by using the search page. The search page can be found by pressing "Network of Affiliated Dentists" on either the main menu on the home page or the side bar menu on any other page.

Scheduling an Appointment
- You may call the dentist's office directly to make an appointment yourself.
- You may make an on-line request for an appointment. We will schedule your appointment for you! We will reply to you with an e-mail to inform you of the date and time of your appointment!
- You may call the QCD Member Services Dept. at 972.726.0444 or 800.229.0304. We will schedule your appointment for you! We will call you back with the date and time of your appointment.
