The QCD All-American Program offers up to four (4) choices for employees at time of enrollment. Each choice is designed to satisfy the particular needs of individual employees with regards to monthly premium cost, dentist selection and out-of-pocket cost.
The QCD “WHITE” Program is a unique program featuring no waiting periods and 100% coverage for the vast majority of services – including major services!
The QCD Direct All-American Program offers a choice for employees to fit their individual needs at time of enrollment.
Under the QCD Direct All-American Program, QCD is responsible for pre-enrollment communication, enrollment meetings and after enrollment customer service.
Choice #1 - The “RED”
The lowest monthly cost of any program on the market making coverage affordable for all families. Designed for employees that do not utilize a great deal of dental services or would not typically enroll in a dental plan.

All of the benefits of the “RED” with limited reimbursement for cleanings, x-rays and exams twice per year.

Choice #3 - The “WHITE”
A moderately priced program featuring the highest benefit level on the
market today. The program features no waiting periods for coverage and
100% coverage on the vast majority of services (in network). The program
includes attractive out-of-network benefits. Designed for those employees
that utilize a great deal of dental services or have families that utilize
services.

Choice #4 - The “BLUE”
Traditional dental insurance with no network involved.
Note: Please contact QCD for sample rates on the "BLUE" plan.
The QCD All-American Dental & Vision Benefit Program is available
on a single billing statement.
A voluntary enhanced vision benefit product is available on this single billing system if desired.
All claims are guaranteed to be paid in ten (10) business days (if claim
is complete). QCD clients are currently experiencing a turnaround time
of six (6) business days.
