Initial Online Enrollment
(New Group Initial Enrollment only)This process allows a new QCD employer group to enroll all of their employees during a defined enrollment period.
This is a secure area of the website requiring a login name and a password which you will receive from enrollment services.

Online Maintenance
(For all enrollment needs after initial enrollment)Once your employees have completed the initial QCD enrollment, you may perform ongoing account maintenance through this area.
The online maintenance area will allow for new QCD additions, changes and deletions for both employees (subscribers) and their dependents.
The online maintenance section of the website may be found by clicking the Online Maintenance link on the sidebar. The group will use a login name and password that will be provided by client services.
