QCD of America® (QCD) was founded in 1992 to provide a quality oriented managed cost dental and vision benefit program for employer groups and individuals. The management team specifically designed the program to eliminate the operational problems associated with dental health maintenance organizations. The QCD Program design emphasizes the creation of a win-win situation for both the member and affiliated dentist in a managed cost environment.

The QCD Program was developed after an extensive review of all forms of service delivery in the dental and vision benefit industry.
