The lowest monthly cost of any program on the market making coverage affordable for all families. Designed for employees who do not use a great deal of dental services and would not typically enroll in a dental plan.

• "Enhanced" vision products available at additional charge

Choice #2 - The “RED PLUS”

All of the benefits of the “RED” with 100% reimbursement for cleanings, x-rays and exams twice per year.
